牙科手機專用馬達之定子繞線機開發

摘要


對於牙科手機專用馬達而言,馬達的定子繞線套繞線精密度為直接影響整隻牙科手機運作優劣的重要關鍵。在手機專用馬達繞線過程中如何提高繞線精密度與縮短繞線時間是產業界關心的議題之一。 本論文主要在研製牙科手機專用馬達的自動繞線機,繞線機由馬達驅動,並搭配電腦控制系統運作,作動方式由X、θ、Z三軸馬達傳動機構交互運作,電腦系統控制方面則是利用程式設計軟體Visual Basic撰寫介面控制程式所製成。繞線機作動方式是將漆包裸銅線在張力器控制下由導線引針將線整齊盤繞於牙科專用馬達定子繞線套上,藉以改善傳統手動綑繞方式的缺點及縮短繞線的時間。 此自動繞線機之操作具有彈性,可使用不同線徑,調整不同張力,及在不同轉速下運作,且電腦程式設計軟體Visual Basic有著方便簡易的介面及控制最佳化等操作功能。自動繞線與手動繞線相較下能有更精準的排線效果與準確的線圈匝數,時間方面也能大幅的降低繞線所需的時間。

For motors in dental handpieces, the precision of windings in motor stator winding sets is the key that directly affects operation and merit of the dental handpieces. In the process of dental handpiece motor winding, how to improve the precision and shorten the winding time is an issue that the dental device industry concerns. This research mainly designs and tests a winding machine for motors in dental handpieces. The winding machine is driven by motors, and is controlled by a computer control system. Operational motion is accomplished by using X, θ, Z-axis motors transmission mechanism. The computer control system is designed by using the programming software: Visual Basic to write the control interface program. The operation of the winding machine uses enamel-insulated copper wire under tension control and leads the wire neatly coiled in dentistry dedicated winding sets for motor stators in dental handpieces. The automatic winding machine developed can remedy the shortcomings of traditional manual winding method. The operation of this automatic winding machine is highly flexible. It can use different diameters, different tensions, and operate at different speeds. The control program written with Visual Basic has a friendly interface and optimized control functions. Compared with the manual winding method, the automatic winding machine can provide better distribution effect of windings and more accurate winding turns. It also dramatically reduces the time required for winding.
