警察人員常年教育射擊訓練成效分析-以保五總隊為例

警察人員於執勤時使用槍枝，需要精良的用槍技術與知識，這些精良的技術背後，則是來自於平時的精實訓練。為了解｢警察人員常年教育射擊訓練成效｣本研究以內政部警政署保安警察第五總隊外勤員警為研究對象採用問卷調查法，針對用槍訓練之｢教學規劃｣、｢執行情形｣及｢訓練成效｣等三方面認知來做探討分析，比較3者之間是否存在差異及其程度，最後研究其中的訓練執行情形在訓練課程規劃及訓練成效間是否具有中介效果。研究結果顯示，在射擊訓練教學規劃部分，平均有64.3 %受訪者表示滿意，其中在｢未來射擊訓練進行多元教學｣項目部分，認同程度更高達67.2%；在訓練執行情形部分，平均有58.5 %受訪者表示滿意；最後在射擊訓練成效部分，則有高達69 %受訪者表示滿意。據此，本研究建議未來的訓練方式應導入多元化教學，以提升員警實務工作臨場反應能力，能更符合警察人員的實務性需求。

Police officers use guns on duty and need sophisticated gun technology and knowledge. Behind these sophisticated techniques comes from the usual training. In order to understand the effectiveness of the "Police officers' annual education shooting training", this study used the questionnaire survey method for the Police Force Police Force Security Police Fifth Corps Field Officer to study the "teaching plan" and "execution situation" of the gun training. The three aspects of "training effectiveness" are used for discussion and analysis, and whether there are differences and degrees between the three, and finally whether the training execution situation has a mediating effect between training curriculum planning and training effectiveness. The results of the study showed that an average of 64.3 % of the respondents in the shooting training teaching plan expressed satisfaction, among which the “Future Shooting Training for Multiple Teaching” project had a higher level of recognition of 67.2%; in the training execution situation, the average was 58.5. % of respondents expressed satisfaction; in the final part of the shooting training, up to 69% of respondents expressed satisfaction. Based on this, this study suggests that future training methods should be introduced into a variety of teaching, in order to improve the ability of police and police to perform on-the-spot response, and to better meet the practical needs of police personnel.
