表面力效應在純擠壓鍍層表面彈液動潤滑問題之研究

摘要


近年來,業界對產品的精度、產量及附加價值皆有高水準的要求。並且在市場競爭壓力下,產品的規劃及設計均需有低成本之考量,因此製造業對機械元件的壽命及精度要求也越來越高,鍍層處理即為一個有效的解決方式。由於軟質薄膜具有低摩擦之特性,而硬質薄膜具有抗磨耗之特性,因此鍍層處理必能對機械元件之壽命有提升的功效。此技術可廣泛應用在機械元件、機械系統、機械製造、微系統製程、精密儀器和生物醫學上,因此表面鍍膜技術吸引了許多研究者的重大討論與關注。 本研究擬探討表面力效應在具鍍層接觸表面之暫態擠壓薄膜彈液動潤滑的微觀機制及流變行為。在擠壓末期,油膜極薄,在膜厚小於5nm的條件下,凡得瓦力(Van der waals)及結構力(Solvation)就會產生效應,因此不可將表面力忽略,然而有關於表面力效應在具鍍層接觸表面之暫態擠壓薄膜彈液動潤滑問題研究卻付之闕如。本研究擬使用數值疊代法求解不同彈性模數鍍層在每個時刻的壓力、表面力及油膜分佈值。進而找出在擠壓運動狀態下影響薄膜潤滑的重要參數,提出油膜與影響參數的關係,作為設計微型機械的重要依據。

In recent years, Industry for accuracy, yield and value-added products have high standard requirements. Under the pressure of market competition , Planning and design of products required to have a low cost considerations, therefore the life of the manufacturing of mechanical components and precision requirements are increasing, plating process is an effective solution. Because of the soft film has low friction characteristics, hard film has the characteristics of anti-wear, therefore, plating will be able to enhance the mechanical components have the effect of life. This technology can be widely used in mechanical components, mechanical systems, machinery manufacturing, micro-system processes, precision instruments and biomedical, therefore, surface coating technology has attracted many researchers significant discussions with concerned This study was to investigate the effect of surface forces in contact with the surface of the extrusion coating transient elastic hydrodynamic lubrication film microscopic mechanisms and rheological behavior. In the extrusion end of thin film at a film thickness of less than 5nm conditions, van der Waals forces (Van der waals) and structural forces (Solvation) will produce effects, and therefore can not ignore the surface forces, however, about the surface force transient effects in contact with the surface of the extruded film coating bomb hydraulic study of lubrication problems are lacking pay. This study intends to solve different elastic modulus at each moment of pressure plating using numerical iterative method, surface forces and film distribution value. Then find out the impact the movement in the state squeeze film lubrication of important parameters, the parameters of the proposed film and influence the relationship as an important basis for the design of micro machines.
