Authoritarian leaders show one-way control behaviors such as prestige, dictatorship, and derogation, which would lead to subordinates’ job pressure, anger, and even facades of conformity and negative job satisfaction. This study explored authoritarian leadership in the military on job pressure, facades of conformity, and job satisfaction. According to the questionnaire survey method, 600 questionnaires were sent out, 521 were recovered, and 426 were actually valid questionnaires. According to the analysis of LISREL, authoritarian leadership will positively affect the subordinates' job pressure and facades of conformity, and negatively affect job satisfaction. Based on the results, propose some suggestions for leaders in the military.
