The Effects of Authoritarian Leadership on Facades of Conformity and Job Satisfaction: The Mediating Role of Work Stress

摘要

威權領導是專權、震懾及打壓等上對下的單方面控制行為的展現，而這容易導致部屬的工作壓力、憤怒，甚至表面服從與負面的工作滿意度。本研究針對軍中威權式領導對工作壓力、表面服從和工作滿意度進行探討。以問卷調查法，發出600份問卷調查表，回收521份，實際有效問卷426份，經由LISREL分析得出，威權式領導會導致部屬工作壓力與表面服從產生正向相關，以及對部屬工作滿意度產生負相關的影響，本研究依據此結果提出軍中領導之建議。

Authoritarian leaders show one-way control behaviors such as prestige, dictatorship, and derogation, which would lead to subordinates’ job pressure, anger, and even facades of conformity and negative job satisfaction. This study explored authoritarian leadership in the military on job pressure, facades of conformity, and job satisfaction. According to the questionnaire survey method, 600 questionnaires were sent out, 521 were recovered, and 426 were actually valid questionnaires. According to the analysis of LISREL, authoritarian leadership will positively affect the subordinates' job pressure and facades of conformity, and negatively affect job satisfaction. Based on the results, propose some suggestions for leaders in the military.
