摘要


本論文提出一種可應用於手持裝置2.4GHz、5GHz和6GHz的Wi-Fi 6E之天線,使用厚度為0.8mm的FR4基板(ε_r=4.4和 tan⁡δ=0.02)進行設計,同時運用單極天線做設計。藉由基板背面圖案耦合以及局部加寬的方式來達到更好的特性效果,設計過程中,並將4支天線進行不同位置的擺放,實驗結果發現天線擺放在不同位置對特性會有所影響,最終找出最理想的擺放位置。量測結果在返回損耗-10dB下4支天線的頻寬皆有符合Wi-Fi 6E所規定的2.40GHz到2.48GHz、5.15GHz到5.85GHz和5.925GHz到7.125GHz。本研究所設計的天線系統,整體大小也符合目前普遍使用之手持裝置的大小。

This paper proposes a Wi-Fi 6E antenna that can be applied to handheld devices at 2.4GHz, 5GHz and 6GHz. The FR4 substrate with thickness of 0.8mm (ε_r= 4.4 and tan⁡δ= 0.02) is used for antenna design. This antenna design uses monopole antenna, back pattern coupling and local widening are proposed to achieve better characteristic effect. During the design process, four antennas are placed in different positions to achieve better performance. It is found that placing in different positions will affect the characteristics of the antenna, and the optimal placement position is achieved by fine tuning. The measurement results show that return loss of the antenna is less than - 10dB, the bandwidth of the four antennas all meet the requirements of 2.40GHz to 2.48GHz, 5.15GHz to 5.85GHz and 5.925GHz to 7.125GHz specified by Wi-Fi 6E. The overall size of the antenna system designed is also in line with the size of the handheld device.
