智慧型手機作業系統品牌接受度之研究-以iOS與Android為例

摘要


自智慧型手機現世以來,顛覆了人們舊有使用手機的方式,帶給人們在日常生活中許多的便利性,為爾後行動E世代開啟一扇大門,也讓整個電信、電子產業帶來蓬勃發展。在這樣的變動之中,品牌接受度(品牌形象)、手機系統使用順暢度、手機系統使用接受度就成為手機製造商不可忽視的一個部分,隨著軟硬體新舊的更迭,直觀的使用感受會及時的呈現在消費者心中。本研究以市場佔有率最大的兩個陣營,Apple公司的封閉式系統iOS 和Google公司的開放式系統Android作為主要比較,以各作業系統的使用方式、軟體介面、使用者生態進行分析,探討各自陣營使用者對於兩者間的接受度以及使用習慣。 本研究以國內使用手機族群為問卷對象,共發放有260份問卷,有效問卷198份,研究分析發現,消費者選擇智慧型手機品牌及作業系統分析中,受訪者皆會因智慧型手機作業系統品牌而影響選擇智慧型手機,表示智慧型手機作業系統為消費者選擇智慧型手機的很重要因素之一。不同作業系統的使用者會因為對於自己喜好及使用習慣與否,不同年齡受訪者對於目前手機作業系統接受度不會隨時改變,較忠於目前所以用的作業系統。

Since the advent of smart phones, it has overturned people’s old ways of using mobile phones, brought people a lot of convenience in their daily lives, opened a door for future generations of action, and also brought the entire telecommunications and electronics industries to a vigorous development. In such changes, brand acceptance (brand image), the smoothness of mobile phone system use, and the acceptance of mobile phone system use have become a part that cannot be ignored by mobile phone manufacturers. With the replacement of new and old software and hardware, intuitive use Feelings will be presented in the minds of consumers in a timely manner. This study takes the two camps with the largest market share, Apple’s closed system iOS and Google’s open system Android as the main comparisons, and analyzes and discusses the use of each operating system, software interface, and user ecology. The acceptance and usage habits of users in their respective camps In this study, the domestic mobile phone population was the subject of the questionnaire. A total of 260 questionnaires and 198 valid questionnaires were distributed. The research and analysis found that consumers choose smartphone brands and operating system analysis. The smartphone operating system brand influences the choice of smartphones, indicating that the smartphone operating system is one of the most important factors for online consumers to choose smartphones. Users of different operating systems will not change the acceptance of the current mobile phone operating system at any time because of their preferences and usage habits, and they are more loyal to the current operating system.
