This thesis provides an comprehensive overview of the impact and the relationship between these factors, including Work Essence, Salary, Colleagues, Leadership, Training and Promoting Opportunities and Working Environment, and Job Satisfaction, which helps us explore and analyze the factors affecting the job satisfaction of public officers in District 2 Taxation Department- Ho Chi Minh City. The survey database encompasses 207 officers in the taxation department and this research’s findings will show how these factors affect relationships at work and job satisfaction of public servants in District 2 Taxation Department- Ho Chi Minh City. In this thesis, statistical methods and analysis such as Cronbach alpha reliability coefficient, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Analysis Of Variance (ANOVA) and Linear Regression method, are applied to find out the effects derived from the mentioned relationships.
