摘要


本實驗是選用CM247-LC鎳基超合金以單方向鑄造的材料為基礎,以相同的完全熱處理條件下,進行長時間的高溫恆溫氧化測試。本實驗溫度參數設定如下,為1260℃/2hr→1079℃/4hr→871℃/20h再透過鋁含量元素的改變,探討其高溫氧化性質的影響及變化,最後將實驗結果的氧化試片進行SEM分析。研究結果顯示,添加1wt.%Al元素於CM-247-LC鎳基超合金可提高Al活性,促進Al2O3氧化層在高溫下析出且提高了材料的抗氧化能力。

In this experiment, the CM247-LC nickel-based superalloy was selected based on the material cast in directionally, the relationship between the difference of microstructure and the high timperture oxidation performace was compared by high temperature oxidation experiment. The temperature parameters of this experiment are set as follows: 1260℃ / 2 hr→1079 ℃ / 4 hr→ 871 ℃ / 20 hr and then through the change of aluminum content elements, to explore the effects and changes of high temperature oxidation properties, and finally the experimental results of oxidized test pieces for SEM analysis. Studies have shown that the addition of 1wt.% Alumimum element to CM-247-LC nickel-based superalloy can increase Alumimum activity, promote the oxidation of Al2O3 and precipitate it at high temperature and improve the oxidation resistance of the material.
