即時通訊的快速發展已成了組織溝通的重要工具,但是即時通訊的傳遞不分時間和地點。為了快速回應若工作相關的即時通訊,員工即使在下班後離開辦公室也必須隨時待命,這導致許多負面的影響。 本研究目的是為了探討員工下班後使用即時通訊工作與負向情緒之關係,其次,探討負向情緒對下班後使用即時通訊工作與休閒行為、工作退縮行為之中介效果,最後檢驗工作自主性的干擾效果。 本研究資料收集方法採用兩階段問卷調查,共有164位在職員工樣本。經相關分析與多元層級迴歸分析,我們發現:(1)員工在下班後較常使用即時通訊工作會產生較多負向情緒;(2)員工在下班後使用即時通訊工作會經由負向情緒,結果投入更多體能活動;(3)工作自主性對於下班後使用即時通訊工作與負向情緒之關係沒有干擾效果。
The rapid development of instant messaging has become an important tool for organizational communication, but instant messaging can be delivered at any time and any place. To rapidly response to work-related instant messaging after work, employees must be on call at any time even if they leave the office, which results in many negative effects. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the use of instant messaging after work and negative emotion. Secondly, we explored the mediating effect of negative emotion on the relationship between the work-related instant messaging after work and two type of behaviors, leisure and work withdrawal behavior. Finally, we tested the moderating effect of work autonomy. The data of this study was collected by two-wave survey, and the full sample consisted of 164 employees. Using correlation analysis and multiple hierarchical regression analysis, we found that: (1) employees who more often used work-related instant messaging after work experienced more negative emotion (2) The use of instant messaging after work leads to more negative emotions, resulting in more physical activity (3) There was no moderating effect of job autonomy on the relationship between work and negative emotions.
