使用NFC應用於電子投票之探討

摘要

在民主社會，投票是人民用來表達自己意見的一種方法與工具，但是傳統的投票方式需要消耗大量的時間以及成本，唱票過程攏長又容易有唱票標準不一的問題，而電子投票系統不僅僅能降低成本，又能夠解決傳統投票中開票速度緩慢的問題。在本篇論文中，我們提出了一個基於NFC的電子投票機制，搭配使用了RSA盲簽章及Scantegrity II中確認碼的概念，讓提出的機制來滿足電子投票的安全性需求: 保密性、完整性、認證性、可驗證性、不可脅迫性；能夠大幅度的改善傳統投票問題。

In a democratic society, the vote is a method of people to express their opinions and tools, but the traditional way of voting takes a lot of time and cost, the counting of votes over long, easy to have different criteria the counting problem, and the electronic voting system not only can reduce cost, and can solve the problem of traditional voting at a slow pace of count of votes. In the paper, we proposed an electronic voting mechanism based on NFC, collocation USES RSA blind signature and the concept of Scantegrity II in the system, let the mechanism to meet the demand of the safety of electronic voting: confidentiality, integrity, authentication, verifiability, not coercion; Can significantly improve traditional problems.
