The pollution in the environment is increasing year by year and natural resources are decreasing. So, this study investigated the connections between green transformational leadership, green mindfulness, green self-efficacy, and workplace pro-environment behavior, which concerned the use of wasted paper and the reduction of electricity, and water. This paper tested an integrated model that included the above constructs. This research study was able to provide some insights for organization to inspire their employees to understand how green transformational leadership can induce workplace pro-environment behavior. The tested model expressed that the relationship between green transformational leadership and workplace pro-environment behavior could be mediated by green mindfulness, but not green self-efficacy. The target participants included both leaders and employees in certain industries in Thailand.
