自動影像傳輸之反射式檢查燈設計及熱傳分析

摘要


本研究係開發了一台符合醫院需求及相關醫療器材法規之檢查燈,此檢查燈結合反射式LED燈及具有拍照、錄影及WiFi傳輸功能之攝影機。 本產品在醫院環境溫度為25℃下,以60%、70%及80%三種不同功率運作8小時,其溫度與使用CFD軟體模擬之溫度接近,證明本CFD軟體之數值模擬方法可正確地預測檢查燈在3種不同功率下的溫度變化。另外實驗也證實,本檢查燈在60%功率運作下,其照度對時間之變化量最小,效果最佳。 本檢查燈之攝影機可直接對傷口進行拍攝,並透過WiFi即時將影像資訊傳送至個人電腦、平板或手機,醫生可馬上遠端診斷病患狀況,節省醫療人員之時間及成本。

The present research developed a reflective LED examination light which is equipped with a camera capable of WiFi transmission function. This examination light meets the requirements of medical regulations and will satisfy hospital needs. We perform experiments and verify these experimental results using CFD numerical simulations at a temperature of 25℃operating for eight consecutive hours in three different power settings: 60%, 70% and 80%. These models are then used to predict temperature changes in different settings. We find that the 60% model is the best operating power because it produces the minimum change of illuminations during the eight-hour operation period. Physicians can use this examination light to photograph the wounds, and then transmit these images to distant porters via WiFi. The unique functions of this examination light can save time and cost for medical staff.
