近年來,高壓氧治療 (hyperbaric oxygen therapy, HBOT) 從過去的經驗和研究中皆獲得許多正面支持,治療機轉及效應不斷的被驗證,醫界相關的專業人士也相繼認可針對某些疾病它是一種安全有效的治療方法,且具有令人滿意的療效。唯高壓氧氣治療仍有許多疾病或傷害目前尚未被美國食品藥物管理局或台灣健保署批准涵蓋於給付範圍內。重要的是,被視為標的之外的疾病並非意味著高壓氧氣治療無效或不安全。因此,藉由智慧化發展,利用科技整合學術研究及文獻資源並透過新興科學實證,指引高壓氧氣治療未來發展之方向。 本研究利用以研究導向的學術資源整合網路平台 Web of Science Core Collection 資料庫,其強大的檢索、存取、管理與評價等功能特色,將高壓氧氣治療整體知識及資訊進行探勘。另以文獻計量學方法,透過 VOSviewer 的模型化聚類技術,藉由分群演算法(Cluster) 與製圖 (Mapping) 技術功能,以模擬向量空間方式展示文獻數據結構及關係權重,以更清晰直觀圖形展示知識結構變化的趨勢。研究結果可確立高壓氧治療研究主題學術核心概念,提供醫療指引及後續研究發展策略參考,以解決當今醫療環境的支付問題,成為可信任及高品質的醫療福利政策。藉由前驅研究的引導與傳承,樹立學術價值,引發全世界相關領域的關注與探討。揭示核心發展脈絡、研究熱點與時代的演變趨勢,掌控新知及探測未來學術研究方向。
In recent years, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) has received positive support from past experience and research, and its therapeutic effects have been continuously verified. Related medical professionals have also recognized that it is a safe and effective treatment method for certain diseases, and it has satisfactory efficacy. However, there are still many diseases or injuries that have not been approved by the US Food and drug administration. It is important to note that diseases that are considered outside the target do not mean that HBO is ineffective or unsafe. Instead, it should be towards smart development, using technology to integrate academic research and literature resources, and through emerging scientific evidence to guide the future development of HBOT. This research uses the research-oriented academic resource integration network platform Web of Science Core Collection database, its powerful search, access, management, and evaluation functions to explore the overall knowledge and information of HBOT. In addition, using the bibliometric method, through the model clustering technology of VOSviewer, through the clustering algorithm (Cluster) and mapping (Mapping) technology functions, the document data structure and relationship weights are displayed in a simulated vector space way to make it clearer intuitive and colorful graphics show the changing trend of knowledge structure. The results of the study can establish the academic core concepts of HBOT research topics, provide medical guidelines and follow-up research and development strategies, so as to solve the payment problem in today's medical environment and become a reliable and high-quality medical welfare policy. Through the guidance and inheritance of precursor research, it establishes academic value and attracts attention and discussion in related fields around the world.
