網路購物網站平臺品質對顧客滿意度重要影響因素之研究-Yahoo!奇摩購物中心為例

摘要


經營網路虛擬店面的業者也算是一種服務業,而對於服務業者來說,服務品質已成為一個越來越重要的議題。網購平臺的服務品質有很多面向,包含系統品質、資訊品質、知覺品質及平臺品質、產品品質等。因此,本研究選取網購平臺品質作為影響顧客滿意度的重要因素,欲了解在網路購物的行為上,何種平臺品質對於消費者購物滿意度會產生影響。本研究欲達到以下研究目的:1.網購平臺的現況。2.消費者對網購平臺品質之探討。3.消費者對網購平臺的顧客滿意度之重要影響因素。本研究正式問卷針對有使用Yahoo!奇摩購物中心的消費者抽樣,其研究有四個結果。1.消費族群在20-29以下、所得金額10000元以下居多;2.性別及所得會影響網路平臺品質;3.網站設計品質、系統服務品質、產品品質與顧客滿意度間呈中度正相關;4.網站設計品質、系統服務品質、產品品質與顧客滿意度間,其中以「產品品質」具有影響力。

Operation of the network virtual store industry can be considered a service industry, and for service providers, the service quality has become an increasingly important issue. Quality of Service There are many online shopping platform for the system comprised of quality, information quality, perceived quality and the quality of the platform, such as product quality. Therefore, this study selected online shopping platform as an important factor affecting the quality of customer satisfaction, For the online shopping behavior, what quality platform for consumer shopping satisfaction will have an impact. This study is intended to meet the following research purposes: 1. Status of the online shopping platform. 2. Discussion of the quality platform for consumers to online shopping. 3. The important factors for consumer satisfaction of online shopping platform. In this study, the formal questionnaire targeted at consumers use Yahoo! Kimo Mall sampling, the study has four results. 1. the following consumer groups 20-29, the resulting amount of 10,000 yuan majority; 2. sex and income will affect the quality of the web platform; 3 website design quality, service quality systems, product quality and customer satisfaction among medium positive Related;. 4 website design quality, service quality systems, product quality and customer satisfaction, in which the "product quality" influential.
