本文在探討影響國人肥胖的因子。國人當中身高體重指數(BMI)過高的年齡層逐年下降,同時有4成的民眾活動量不足。本研究以新北市某科技大學減重班為例,針對肌耐力訓練、有氧運動、營養課程與飲食紀錄追蹤,並利用身體組成分析儀(InBody)分析各種數據。實施八週的減重課程,研究結果顯示,經過八週的減重課程後,取得有效樣本中,體重、BMI、腰圍、臀圍、腰臀比、柔軟度、腹肌肌耐力、內臟脂肪、體脂肪比例及BMR前、後測平均值(P<0.05)均有顯著差異。研究對象與國軍部隊官兵兩者之間都是團體生活性質,飲食習慣偏多油、多鹽、多糖,易造成血壓、血糖、血脂升高,也可能增加癌症跟心血管疾病風險,建議國軍招募體育、食品保健與營養相關科系人才進入部隊,設計運動課程及規劃營養管理制度,建立完善的減重課程,可有效控制官兵BMI指數,強化訓練能量,確保戰力保存,捍衛國土安全,達成建軍備戰共識,使國家長治久安。
This paper explores the factors that affect people's obesity. Recent studies have shown that the age of high BMI is getting lower. There are 40 percent of people lacks of physical activity. In this study, we have the weight-loss program in a Science and Technology University in New Taipei City. InBody machine is used to analyze the body index. After a eight-week’s wight-loss-training-program. The body weight, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist and hip ratio, softness, abdominal muscle endurance, visceral fat, body fat ratio and BMR are all recorded. It showed that there is a significant difference between before training and after training. The eating habits in military are high in sugar, salt and fat. It leads to high blood pressure, blood sugar and blood lipids sometimes. It also increases the risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease. It is recommended that the Ministry of Defense should recruit professionals to enter the army. They can plan exercise courses and nutrition management systems. This can strengthen the training of military energy, also ensure that the combat power of preservation.
