探討單身者休閒參與、生活型態與社會支持對幸福感之影響

隨著時代的改變，社會型態與價值觀日益不同。單身者有日漸增加的趨勢，已經成為社會上不容忽視的一個群體。單身者要如何規劃生活，才會過得較幸福，是一個值得探討的議題。本研究旨在探討單身者休閒參與、生活型態、社會支持與其幸福感之關係。以單身人士為研究對象進行問卷調查。採用滾雪球及便利抽樣，共回收338份問卷。以SPSS統計軟體，進行資料分析，研究結果顯示： 1. 單身者的休閒參與，對其社會支持有部分正向影響。 2. 單身者的休閒參與，對其生活型態有部分正向影響。 3. 單身者的社會支持，對其生活型態有部分正向影響。 4. 單身者的休閒參與，對其幸福感有部分正向影響。 5. 單身者的社會支持，對其幸福感有部分正向影響。 6. 單身者的生活型態，對其幸福感有部分正向影響。根據研究結果，本研究提出一些具體，提供單身族群、政府相關單位、休閒業者以及未來有興趣之研究者做參考。

As the times change, social patterns and values are increasingly different. Single people have an increasing trend and have become a group that cannot be ignored in society. How singles should plan their lives in order to live a happier life is a topic worth investigating. This study aims to explore the relationship among singles' leisure participation, life style, social support and their happiness. A questionnaire survey was conducted with single persons as the research object. Using snowball and convenience sampling, a total of 338 questionnaires were collected. Data analysis was carried out with SPSS statistical software. The research results reveal that: 1. Leisure participation of singles has a partial positive impact on their social support. 2. Leisure participation of singles has a partial positive impact on their life style. 3. The social support of single people has a partial positive impact on their life style. 4. Leisure participation of singles has a partial positive impact on their happiness. 5. The social support of singles has a partial positive impact on their happiness. 6. The life style of singles has a partial positive impact on their happiness. According to the research results, this study provides specific suggestions as references for singles, government-related units, leisure industry and future interested researchers.
