Indonesian Migrant workers have always been a topic of mistreatment by some companies. Despite that, some NGOs are willing to help them and one of them is Stella Maris. Nevertheless, the performance of Stella Maris needs to be evaluated. This paper aims to examine how to evaluate non-profit organization performance while investigate organizational culture, organizational commitment through social intervention programs. This study adopts a qualitative approach by interviewing 5 employees from Stella Maris –AOS Kaohsiung and 10 Indonesian migrant workers (i.e. 5 residents and 5 non-residents) using in-depth semi-structured interviews. The findings reveal the program was effective to the Indonesian migrant workers with the expectation from the organization. Besides that, the culture was executed well to the worker however the result of the commitment of the workers towards the organization was negative. In the future, the researcher hopes that the implications of these results can be reviewed and can be developed more. For example, by adding other variables related to the organization that can be analyzed.
