近年來電子商務崛起的非常快速,其特點是在網路上就能無國界的購物,且送貨取貨方式非常便利,也讓人們對其依賴性增加。定點與網路購物最不同的是,行動裝置購物可以隨時進行不受時間地點的限制,消費者只需使用手邊的行動裝置就可以購買物品。除方便性外,更因符合個人化需求而提供消費者網路購物的另一種可能。 由於網路網頁主要是設計給桌上型電腦使用,故當使用者使用隨身裝置瀏覽網頁時,首先可能會面臨到解析度不符的問題,可能需手動拖曳、放大及縮小視窗內容,才以瀏覽完整網頁。此外,檔案太大傳輸也容易造成速度緩慢等問題。於是在使用者瀏覽環境大幅改變的同時,對提供網路服務的業者而言,必須同時思考,目前提供資訊的方式是否能夠滿足所有使用者。並且,隨著不同規格不同功能的隨身裝置越來越多,提供服務的業者的課題即為如何善用該設備提昇使用者的體驗經驗。 本研究以人因工程觀點,在易學性、操作效率、可記憶性、錯誤率、滿意程度等五個構面的表現上探討影響使用者於行動版購物網頁購物之因素,藉此試圖改善並提出建議,以利行動購物網站使用上更加地順利。
The rise of e-commerce is quick recently. Its characteristic is to shop online without national boundaries and the way of delivery and pickup is convenient. These make people to depend more on it. The difference between fixed-point and online shopping is that mobile commerce can proceed without time and region limits. Consumers can just use their mobile devices to complete a purchase process. Besides the consideration of convenience, e-commerce also provides another possibility for online shopping due to the conformity with personal needs. Because web pages are designed for desktop computers at the start, users may face the problem of inconsistent resolution while using the mobile devices to surf the Net. People may need to scroll, maximize or minimize the screen to browse a whole website. Moreover, the transmitting large file may leads to slow down the speed of operating system easily. Accordingly, the network service providers have to think about if the way to provide information could satisfy all the users when the browsing environment changes a lot. As there are more and more portable devices with different specifications and functions, how to use the devices to let users experience better will be an important mission of the network service providers. The aim of this study is to investigate the factors that may influence users when they shop on mobile shopping websites base on the ergonomics perspective with five factors including learnability, operational efficiency, memory, error rate, and satisfaction. The results of study would be beneficial for enhancing the use on mobile shopping websites.
