都會發展與人口成長關係之研究以林口地區為例

人們對於原生居住地無法選擇，通常是取決於直系血親或是法定監護人給予的生活環境，但隨著年紀漸長與生活及工作歷練累積，人們對於各自喜好的生活空間有了取捨，有些人希望居住與工作地點距離不要太遠，有些人希望出門就是各項聲色俱佳的娛樂場所，有些人則希望生活在寧靜舒適的鄉野之間。因為有了上述的需求，也就伴隨著居住地遷移行為，而遷徙的因素則來自於遷入地的誘因。本研究希望探討一座興建中或者未來預劃開發的城市，經過交通建設引進、各項公共建設開發及其他外資進駐，營造合宜的居住空間，吸引更多人民移入。藉由問卷方式抽樣調查吸引人們移入一城市的原因，以及未來可能搬遷的考量因素，透過統計來分析探討一地區人們成長之關係，提供決策者適當的城市發展決策建議。研究結果指出，五成以上目前在林口地區的民眾，因區內交通便利且生活機能完善，工作及未來生涯規劃均符合受訪者需求，願意長久定居在此地；而部分受訪者選擇未來搬遷至其他地點，其中考量因素不乏有工作、交通便利性及生活機能等因素。上述研究顯示林口地區的城市規劃已經可吸引大多數青壯年願意長久定居，說明該地區現況及未來發展符合多數人期待。本研究旨在以林口地區發展做為參據，供決策者未來研擬其他地區可以效法，以提供民眾居住地區上有更多選擇，創造更加舒適生活空間。

People could not choose their original place of residence, and it usually depends on the living environment given by their immediate blood relatives or legal guardians. However, as people get older and accumulate experience from life and work, they have their own idea about own living space. Some people want to live and work not too far away, some want to go outside to be a good entertainment venue, and some want to live in a quiet and comfortable countryside. Because of the above mention demand, it is accompanied by the behavior of the place of residence, and the factors of migration come from the inducement of the place of migration. This study hopes to explore a city that is under construction of planned for development in the future, through the introduction of transportation construction, the development of various public constructions and other foreign investment. To create a suitable living space that could attract more people to move in. By using questionnaires to sample the reasons for attracting people to move into, as well as considerations for possible future relocation, analyze and explore the relationship between people’s growth in a region through statics, and provide suggestions to decision makers. The result of the study, more than half people in Linkou are willing to live here for a long time, because of the convenient transportation in the area, perfect living functions, and their work or future career plans meet the needs of their interviewees. However, there are many factors to consider, including their work, transportation convenience, and life functions. The above research shows that the urban planning of Linkou area has attracted most young people willing to settle for a long time, indicating that the current situation and future development.
