應用於太陽光電能系統之降壓式串接降升壓型換流器

A Buck-Cascaded Buck-Boost Typed Inverter for Photovoltaic Systems

摘要


本文提出一應用於太陽光電能系統之降壓式串接降升壓型換流器,前級為降升壓型直流-直流轉換器,後級為全橋換流器,發展出可適用於廣域電壓輸入範圍之直流-交流轉換器。系統使用數位訊號處理器dsPIC30F4011作為電路控制核心,提供多組SPWM控制訊號並實現複雜的數學運算,可簡化硬體電路並降低成本。由於電路在同一時間僅單一功率開關作高頻切換,可有效減少切換損失。部分能量可直接傳送至輸出端,降低因能量儲存及釋放所產生的損耗,以提高系統效率。 針對本文所提之電路架構,分析其工作模式,設計控制方法並撰寫程式語言。經過模擬驗證後,實際製作一400W雛型電路並量測實驗結果,證實本文所提出之換流器其具有高功因、高效率、適用於廣域電壓輸入且有穩定的暫態響應等優點。

The thesis presents abuck-cascadedbuck-boost photovoltaicinverter which consists of buck-boost converter and full-bridge inverter withwide input voltage range.The digital signal processor dsPIC30F4011 is designed to achieve digital control for the circuit. Producing Several SPWM to switches and processing complex mathematics by dsPIC30F4011,which can simplify the circuit and keep the cost down. It only one power switch works at the time so switching losses could be down. Though the input energy transmit to output directly, the efficiency can be high. The circuit operation is analyzed in detail,thenthe control method and program are derived. A prototyped circuit for 400W output is built and tested. Experiment measurements have proven that the proposed inverter has the merits of nearly unity power factor, high circuit efficiency, wide input voltage range and stable transitional response.
