本文主要針對南部某鋼鐵公司員工績效及工作滿意度為的研究主題,期望研究所獲得相關成果對於鋼鐵公司員工工作績效及工作滿意度等構面的探討有所助益並提供相關管理階層單位,作為爾後研究的參考運用。 本文採用問卷調查法並參考相關研究學者的研究成果製定「員工績效與工作滿意度之探討」為研究施測問卷,研究對象以南部某鋼鐵公司酸軋生產部152員幹部及技術員為主,實施方式以問卷施測填答為主,合計發出152份問卷,有效回收問卷為126份,為有效分析研究樣本並以電腦SPSS軟體實施基本資料分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異分析等分析統計。 研究結果得知,年齡選項對於工作行為、任務執行、自我實現、單位領導及工作內容等構面有顯著差異呈現,顯見員工在工作執行相關事項及工作中所獲的成果,能夠有效應用於工作上,並能達到自我實現的效能。教育程度選項對於工作行為及工作內容有顯著差異呈現,顯見員工對於同事間時常保持良好協調配合心態進行各項工作執行,會因為教育程度的不同而有所差異。期望相關研究結果能提供爾後研究學者建議及運用。
The main purpose of this research is to explore the employee performance and job satisfaction of the steel corporation in Southern Taiwan.Questionnaires were analyzed to a valid sample of 126 from Employees. SPSS software has been adopted to conduct statistical analyses, such as the Descriptive Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Independ-ent-Sample T Test and One-way ANOVA. The results demon strated that the independ-ent variable such as age,which had significant influence on the work behavior,task ex-ecution,self-realization,organizational leadership and work content, etc. It is obvious that the results from carried out works can be effectively applied to the job and achieve self-realization. The independent variable such as education,which had signif-icant influence on the work behavior and work content.It is obvious that different edu-cational levels have a singnificant impact on the work performance efficiency by col-leagues in a good coordination and mentality.According to the results, the anther pro-posed relevant suggestions as the reference for the future reachers.
