In other context, good human resources management will bring higher competitive advantage to the companies and the company’s managers should take into account HR performance in order to compete better with other competitors in the market. Many researchers asserted that HR is strategic tool that helps to leverage employees management, employees commitment, employees satisfaction, and employees loyalty accordingly.
