HRM is considered as important activity in many companies and this activity is concerned by both of academic researchers and business managers. In other context, good human resources management will bring higher competitive advantage to the companies and the company’s managers should take into account HR performance in order to compete better with other competitors in the market. Many researchers asserted that HR is strategic tool that helps to leverage employees management, employees commitment, employees satisfaction, and employees loyalty accordingly. Also, HR plays critical role to retain talent employees and business success and good HR efforts will further improve the performances of employees as well as competitive advantage of the companies.
