關於日本的歐美飲料的歷史研究

摘要


日本接觸西方文化是由1600 年開始,當時正是歐美文化和歐美食 物交流的時間點,而另外一個時間點是,則於在19 世紀末的明治時期 開始,這也是日本開始踏上歐美之路。至此之後,在日本人的生活也 有不少變化。例如:剛開始日本人接觸舶來品時,當下感覺是怎麼樣 感覺如何。這些從歐美國家引進日本的舶來品,對於我們現實的生活 上的確很有幫助。所以,對於從歐美引進的事物非常感到有趣。本研 究主要是研究歐美飲料歷史,並探討日本的飲料歷史。關於日本的歷 史是從歐美飲料引進的歷史來進行探討作為介紹。關於歐美飲料是從 歐美起發的飲料歷史,並進入日本時間進行介紹。

Japan began to be exposed to Western culture from the Azuchi-Momoyama period, when it was the time that Western civilization and diet were introduced. The other was the Meiji era in 19th century when Japan stepped toward westernized lifestyle. Since that time, the lifestyle in Japan has varied in many ways. For instance, the study concerns how the Japanese felt when they first encountered those overseas imports. Nevertheless, the imported goods from Western countries give a great boost in the realistic livelihood. Therefore, the study investigates into these foreign things with enthusiasm. It researches the history of beverages in the West while probes into that of Japan. As to the history of Japan, it introduces and discusses from the import of Western beverages to its change of times. As to that of the West, the study probes into the history of beverages in Western countries and follows its chronological sequence of importation in Japan.
