應用層級分析法探討軍事體制之進修教育對學員生學習成效之研究-以空軍航空技術學院為例

摘要


本研究主要在探究影響軍校學員生進修教育學習成效因素及其現況,藉由分析影響軍校學員生進修教育學習成效之關聯因素,據以提供軍事院校教育人員、教育行政機關及授課教官之參考。 本研究採習慣領域結合層級分析法(AHP)進行成對比較研究,以求改進教育的方法,以提高教育的效果。 研究結果顯示: 一、「教學環境」方面:如果能在良好的環境氛圍中進行教學及學習,除可提升教師(官)教學品質,更有助於提升學習成效。 二、「課程教材」方面:透過實習課程學生有更多的自主學習機會,只要學生能有更多時間、多利用、多接觸、多努力實作場地,學習效率自然更高。 三、「師資」方面:邀請有部隊實務經驗的人員來對學員生授課,可增加學員生對部隊的求知慾,教師(官)透過部隊或戶外研習的機會獲得更多資訊,便可提供學員生更多元的訊息及教學方式,對於學員生提出之問題可發展出更多樣的解決模式。 四、「設備」方面:擴充教學資源,增加實體操作面的軟硬體設施,更可培育精實專業之國軍人才。 五、「行政」方面:校外參訪及教學觀摩不僅可增加學員生部隊經驗,透過交換心得及經驗傳承,必能提升學員生學習的動機及成效。 整體來說,對於大部分的專家及學員生代表而言,在教學環境、課程教材、師資、設備、行政等五大構面上,師資好壞的關鍵對整個軍校的教學品質及學習成效之提升,有著最為顯著的影響,故研究者建議各軍事院校著手的重點應擺在教師(官)專業水準上,如能加強教師(官)們的專業能力,並透過有實務經驗的部隊人才及民間學有專精之學者、專家對教師(官)或學員生來實施演講及授課,將可對軍校的整體品質有最好的提升效果。

This study aims to study the impact cadet training students learning factors and current situation of education, by analyzing the impact of factors associated with educational learning students cadet training, educational personnel, according to military academies, educational administration and teaching instructors reference. This study adopted the habit of fields with the AHP were compared in pairs, in order to improve the method of education to improve the effect of education. The results showed that: 1. "learning environment" aspect: if they can be a good teaching and learning environment in the atmosphere, in addition to enhancing teachers (official) teaching quality, but also help to enhance learning. 2. "Curriculum materials": the internship program allows students with more opportunities for independent learning, as long as students can have more time, and more effort, more contact, more use of implements venue, naturally higher learning efficiency. 3. "Teacher": the practical experience of inviting people to force trainees teach students, increase student curiosity raw troops, teachers (official) to get more information through the opportunity to study the forces or outdoors, you can provide students with more kind of teaching methods and messages for students' questions can provide more diverse solutions. 4. "Equipment": the expansion of teaching resources, increase hardware and software entities operating surface facilities, but also cultivate a lean professional military personnel. 5. "The Chief": the campus visit and observe not only increase student teaching experience raw force, through the exchange of ideas and experience heritage, will be able to enhance the effectiveness of student motivation and learning of students. Overall, the majority of experts and trainees for student representatives, in the critical teaching environment, curriculum materials, teachers, equipment, administrative and other five dimensions surface, good and bad teachers on the teaching quality and learning outcomes throughout the military upgrade , has the most significant impact, the researchers recommended that the military academies focus should be placed on working teachers (official) professional standards, such as to enhance teachers (official) their professional competence and practical experience through troops have talents and folk science expertise of scholars, experts and teachers (official) or student presentations and lectures born implemented, will be able to have the best overall quality and enhance the military's effectiveness.
