台灣毛豆加工業發展現況及經營策略之探討
Current Situation and Management Strategy of Taiwan Edamame Processing Industry
摘要
本研究主要探討台灣毛豆加工產業現階之發展狀況，經由文獻收集與探討，並透過與毛豆加工業者深度訪談，藉以瞭解毛豆加工產業的發展歷史與經驗，及現階段所遭遇到的困境，提出可行之建議及作法，作為加工業者及農業主管機關之參考方向。台灣毛豆品質享譽全球，且產值更是出類拔萃，但近年來面臨成本高漲、他國低價競爭及氣候異常等問題，使得毛豆加工業發展受到諸多限制及壓力。加工業者應在良好的勞動條件下創造具有誘因的生產環境，如選用品質優良的毛豆品種，加強科技化機械設備投入產線。而農業主管機關應提供有利的優惠貸款方案，協助產業取得足夠的生產空間，以利真正提升加工產品品質及產量，由根本解決產能停滯問題。

This research probe into the experience and difficult situation of Taiwan edamame processing industry via reviews and in-depth interview, and we try to forward suggest as reference direction for industry and government. Taiwan edamame has a worldwide reputation and it delivers outstanding value of export every year. But it has been facing with a lot of problems like high cost, competitors from other countries, climate anomaly, etc. Industry should create production environment which is incentive by friendly labor conditions, and quality varieties and automatic equipment to be put into it. And government have to solve the problem of the production is at a standstill with the output and quality will be increased by providing the most advantageous loan scheme and land sufficient for planting.
