建置Android企業即時通訊系統改善企業組織的溝通關係

Building enterprise instant messaging system for Android mobile to improve communication within business organizations

摘要


本研究目標是透過行動裝置軟體創造良好的溝通,因為良好的溝通是可以提昇組織工作績效與效率其結果對於組織的必定會有相當的影響,且因為現今數位資訊便捷行動網路漸漸的改變人們的日常生活方式,全台近八成民眾持有智慧型手機,其中超過5成用戶頻繁下載即時通訊及社交互動軟體,超過3成用戶在工作場所使用這些社交軟體。 本研究將對組織溝通、非正式溝通(Informal Communication)、Android作業系統、通訊工具與平台進行文獻探討與分析,最後使用Eclipse做為系統軟體開發環境,搭配Android系統內建的SQLite資料庫,建置出一個以行動技術為概念的時通訊互動軟體做為本論文之研究。 本研究成功開發出一個可以在營業時,能提供營業員查詢想要查詢的資訊之行動裝置軟體,並且結合現今通訊工具平台的對話框架來達到本研究增進人際關係之目的,儘管軟體在使用時會因為雇主多半不喜歡員工在值班時間使用行動裝置,而可能造成部分人事層面之問題,但仍可能有效的改善多數員工與員工之間的溝通不良,所造成的困擾與公司硬體設備花費上的麻煩。

The research is to create a good software to communicate via mobile devices, because good communication is to improve organizational performance and efficiency of its results for the organization's bound to be a considerable impact, and because today's digital information and convenient mobile networks gradually change people daily lifestyle, eighty percent of people in Taiwan to hold smartphones, of which more than 50% users frequently download software instant messaging and social interaction, more than 3 percent of these users use social software in the workplace. This study will be organizational communication, informal communication, Android operating systems, communication tools and platforms literature review and analysis, and finally as the system software using the Eclipse development environment with built-in Android SQLite database to build a mobile communications technology when the concept of interactive software as a study of this thesis. This study has been successfully developed a business, the salesperson can provide information on the mobile device queries the software you want to check, and combine modern communication tools platform framework for dialogue to achieve the purpose of this study to enhance relationships, although the software in use will because most employers do not like the staff on duty time using mobile devices, which may cause problems as part of the personnel level, but may still be effective in improving poor communication between employees and the majority of employees, the company plagued with hardware spending caused by the trouble.
