探討直立式收集器及TEOS含量對電紡纖維的影響

摘要


本研究分為三大部分,第一部份主要是利用收集器的改變來進行靜電紡絲嘗試利用靜電紡絲法對形貌纖維的控制,可以明顯看到收集器長度:4cm,寬度:0.5cm,高:3cm製備出最佳有序排列的靜電紡絲纖維,第二部分在前驅體溶液的調配中,加入了適量的PVP和溶劑使濃度適當,而改變TEOS的含量來探討對靜電紡絲的影響,並觀察靜電紡絲纖維形貌的不同,使成功製備出大量靜電紡絲纖維;且經過高溫熱處理過後,來觀察熱處理後對靜電紡絲纖維的形貌的影響,第三部分是利用不一樣的方法製備出單根纖維,直徑約為1um。最後利用下列儀器AFM、FE-SEM、PL、進行分析。以FE-SEM觀察靜電紡絲纖維直徑與表面形貌,證明靜電紡絲纖維是否為連續纖維且達到奈米的尺寸,以AFM掃描靜電紡絲纖維,探討其纖維表面形貌,最後可以探討靜電紡絲纖維的溶液配方與光學特性關係。

In this study is divided into two parts. Part I: use collector to control the fiber morphology by electrospinning, can clearly see that the collector length: 4cm, width: 0.5cm, height: 3cm more regular and orderly prepared by electrospinning fiber. Part II: In the deployment of precursor solution was added the appropriate amount of PVP and solvent concentration and change the content of TOES to investigate the effects of electrospinning. To observe the morphology of electrospinning fibers, successfully prepared a large number of electrospinning fibers. After the heat treatment and to observe the effects on the morphology of electrospinning fibers. Part III: Is the use of a different method of preparing a single fiber. Using the following instrumental analysis: AFM、FE-SEM、PL. FE-SEM observation electrospun fiber diameter and surface morphology, proved whether electrospinning fibers and continuous fibers to achieve nanometer size. AFM scanning electrospinning fiber, explore the fiber surface morphology. PL spectroscopy to explore and study the optical properties. Finally, we can explore the electrospun fiber surface topography and penetrating properties, crystalline nature, light absorption properties.
