自費醫療樣態與精進建議方案之探討

本研究主要為評估台灣高雄民眾選擇自費醫療的因素,研究對象為台灣高雄民眾,本研究彙整相關文獻並做關聯性探討,並且台灣民眾就醫消費意願進行探討,採用網路問卷方式蒐集資料,預計將回收的有效問卷,以因素分析法進行實證分析,實證結果發現醫師護理人員的專業度,會影響樣本選擇自費醫療服務,所以本文可建議醫療從業人員從專業基本提升服務,可增加民眾在醫療服務上使用自費的意願本研究統計後在三大構面中可得知前測問卷中「感知有用性」構面(0.925)為最高，其次為「主觀規範」構面(0.865)，最後為「購買意圖」構面(0.820)。最後才會是「自費醫療態度」。本篇的研究成果在「自費態度」這個構面可得知「感知有用性」(0.925)的第一重要性會影響自費醫療成效評估最重要指標與原因

This study was conducted to evaluate the factors that Kaohsiung people in Taiwan chose to pay for themselves at their own expense. The research target was the Kaohsiung population in Taiwan. The study collected relevant literature and conducted related research, and the Taiwanese people's willingness to seek medical care was investigated. An online questionnaire was used to collect data. It is expected that The effective questionnaires to be recovered will be empirically analyzed by factor analysis. The empirical results show that the professionalism of the nursing staff of the doctors will affect the sample selection of self-financed medical services. Therefore, this article can suggest that medical practitioners can basically increase their services from the professional level and increase the number of people in medical care. Willingness to use self-service on the service In the three major facets of this study, the "perceived usefulness" facet (0.925) is the highest, followed by the "subjective norm" facet (0.865), and finally the "purchase intention" facet in the three major facets. (0.820). Lastly, it will be "a medical attitude at its own expense." The research results of this article can be seen in the "attitudes at their own expense" aspect. The first importance of "perceived usefulness" (0.925) affects the most important indicators and causes of self-financed medical effectiveness evaluation.
