With the development of information technology, information systems have been used in organizations to aid work process. The aim of the study is to clarify the impact of job characteristics on perceived job pressure and changing intention after the implementation of information systems in organizations. Data from one hundred and forty-two valid respondents were gathered and analyzed with regression. The results showed the significant negative impact of skills variety and job feedback on perceived job pressure, but the significant positive impact of job autonomy on perceived job pressure. In addition, the results also showed the significant negative impact of job feedback on change intention.
