軍訓教官退出校園的議題多年來受到關注與討論,本研究以探討軍訓教官退出校園所帶來之影響對現任於學校教職人員及軍訓教官等六位,以半結構訪談方式進行互動訪談。訪談內容於會後以逐字稿方式呈現,並針對訪談文本中提到的主要議題進行屬性分類,將類似屬性之回答歸類,其可分為四大類,分別為政策因素、環境因素、自我要求及生涯規劃為主。本研究訪談結果,有五位受訪者不支持軍訓教官退出校園,其主要原因在於多數受訪者對於軍訓教官在校的職務角色認同,以及對於校園保護的角色給予肯定。另外,其中一位受訪者支持軍訓教官退出校園,其主要原因在於只有軍訓教官退出校園才能看出現今教育制度中的不足。最後,本研究認為教育為國家基業,牽一髮動全身,期望政府在政策執行之前,能夠對軍訓教官的職業生涯規畫有完善的配套措施及相關明確之因應對策。
The issue of military instructors withdrawing from campus has received attention for many years. This study aims to discuss how military instructors withdraw from campus, semi-structured interviews were conducted to interview faculty and military instructors currently serving in schools. The content of the interview was presented in a verbatim version. According to the respondents’ categorization of the attributes, four major categories were classified by policy factors, environmental factors, self-requirements, and career planning. Most respondents did not support military instructors to leave the campus. Only one respondent supported the military instructors to leave the campus. The main reasons for the outcome are that only the military instructors can leave the campus to see the parts of the education system that needs to be supplemented. In addition, other staff members who do not support military instructors to withdraw from campus, most people supported the role of military instructors and their roles in campus law and order, student safety and protection. Finally, this study find out that education is a national vital foundation and involves the entire education elements. Our government should have regulated sound supporting measures together with relevant response mechanism before implementing the said policy.
