This research was conducted in order to find out the motivation theory and the implemented the motivation theory in the particular case in Vietnam Company. This researched was provied the theory of motivation based on the review the Maslow’s Needs Hierachy Theory, the Herzberg’s two factor theory, Victor H. Vroom expectation thery and the Goal setting theory. Those theory was viewed as the fundemential and steady theory to support our research. Based on those motivation theory and the previous research, the author tested the relationship between some independent variable (Working conditions, Colleagues, Training and Promotion, Salary and Welfare, Reward, Employee Commitment) and the Working Motivation in Ha Giang Telecom. The research was conducted by using the quantitative method that the data was collected from Ha Giang Telecom Company. The result showed that all the independent variables which was mentioned in this research possitvely impacted on the Working Motivation in Ha Giang Telecom. This result was not only proved the theory of motivation but also this result is also very helpful for the practioners in order to improve the employee motivation. Particularly, in the particular case, this result is very useful for Ha Giang Telecom managers to implement some better ways to improve the Employee working Motivation.
