公園對寵物友善環境之研究

臺灣社會面臨少子化、高齡社會的趨勢，外加壓力來源、人際關係間多重影響之結果，其中又以都會區更為明顯，也因此使得人們逐漸飼養寵物犬陪伴，並將寵物犬視為家庭的一份子；隨著寵物犬生命價值的提高與生命特質的展現，寵物犬已經不再是幫人們看家、警衛的工具，牠所展現的活力與對人們的善意討好表現同時提升了自身的價值，寵物犬的重要性也是與日俱增，使得人們將寵物犬視為一種陪伴性質與擬人化的動物。近十年來，由於人們飼養寵物犬數量激增，並隨著時代變遷和社會型態的轉變，養狗已成普羅大眾的一種風潮。一座讓狗狗自由自在奔跑，隨興的想說就說的公園，不僅能讓寵物犬完完全全的做自己，享受空曠的舒服環境，飼主也能與同好交流互動友善寵物犬活動空間與設施之意識也開始逐漸抬頭；但是都市地區因為地狹人稠，然而大多數寵物犬公園多設置在遠離市區，為此，平日飼主仍會以繫繩方式帶寵物犬到住家附近街道或公園綠地等地區活動，不但讓寵物犬的行動受到限制，也經常會產生人、車、犬衝突、排遺以及安全的問題等，對所有寵物犬飼主與不喜歡狗之人士，皆需找出適合彼此的生活活動空間，故欲藉此研究，探討飼主帶寵物犬至不同空間活動時的滿意程度及一般民眾對於寵物犬至公園活動時的想法與建議。本研究採深度訪談方式，結合文獻回顧、參與式觀察與訪談法進行交叉研究，呈現出飼主們對於公園使用的看法與建議，深入探討飼主的使用想法與民眾認同，並期許相關研究成果能供給國內政府單位未來制定公共空間開放政策與規劃都市公園設置遛狗專區建議參考。

Taiwan's society has facing the trend of young children and the elderly society, coupled with the result of multiple influences between the source of stress and international relations, which is more obvious in the metropolitan area, which also makes people gradually raise pet dogs and treat pet dogs as part of the family. With the improvement of the value of pet dog life and the display of life characteristics, pet dog is no longer a tool to help people look after home and guard. Its vitality and goodwill to people have also improve their value at the same time. The importance of pet dog is also increasing day by day, making people regard pet dog as a companion and humanized animal. In the past decade, due to the surge in the number of pet dogs, and with the changes of times and social attitudes, raising dogs has become a trend in the general public. A park that allows dogs to run freely and talk freely not only allows dogs to be themselves completely and enjoy an empty and comfortable environment, but also allows owners to communicate with good friends. The idea of pet dog activity space and design has also begun to rise gradually. However, because of the dense land, most of them The pet dog park is mostly located far away from the city. For this reason, the pet dog will still take the pet dog to the street near the home or the park green land and other areas by means of transportation, which not only restricts the movement of the pet dog, but also often produces people, cars, dogs, excretion and safety problems. For all pet dog owners are unplease. Dog lovers need to find suitable living spaces for each other, so they want to use this study to discuss the satisfaction of the owner when taking pet dogs to different spaces and the general public's thoughts and suggestions for pet dogs to move in the park. This study adopts an in-depth interview method, combining literature review, participatory observation and interview methods for cross-study, presents the views and suggestions of owners on the use of parks, deeply explores the use ideas of owners and agrees with the public. It is expected that the relevant research results can be used by the domestic government units to formulate public space opening policies and plan urban parks to set up dog walk areas for reference.
