組織在創新經濟時代下的社會責任與競爭策略研究

摘要


近幾年來,台灣在國際競爭舞台上的發展已經遇到瓶頸,昔日亞洲四小龍之首的稱號不復存在,企業正面臨著越來越險峻的競爭環境。如果想要突破,台灣產業勢必需要朝向微笑曲線研發創新與品牌行銷的兩端轉型。面對這樣的轉型方向,最重要的策略就是創新。創新是數十年來全球主要經濟發展國家產業與經濟發展學者所共同強調的一個趨勢。如果把創新定義為創造新價值,那麼創新經濟時代就等同於具備創造新價值能力的組織將成為經濟體系主導者的時代! 因此,本研究以「產業的問題不是單純產業的問題、是社會整體的問題」為前提假設,針對政府、企業、教育等三大構面,以開放式的問卷、專家訪談的方式,深入探討台灣近幾年社會發展的瓶頸與國家競爭力下滑原因,以及其相關社會責任要素。 本研究並以系統動力學的方法來分析組織內部曾經發生過的善循環與惡循環案例,再以系統動力學方法探討並勾勒案例發生之因果、找出關鍵核心問題、探究如何將惡循環轉念善循環,並且歸納總結組織必須具備的創新社會責任之競爭策略。期望本研究的成果能夠對於組織面對創新經濟時代的競爭能量有所提升,並且進而提升國家整體競爭力!

In recent years, Taiwan has been suffering from development bottleneck on the international competition stage. Taiwan no longer owns the title of head of the four little dragons in Asia which she used to have. Taiwanese enterprises are facing an increasingly steep competitive environment. In order to overcome the status, industries have to transform toward the two sides of the smiling curve, R&D and branding/marketing. To do so, the most important strategy is innovation. Innovation has been the most important trend emphasized by almost all industrial and economic scholars in the world. If innovation is defined as creating new value, the definition of era of innovation economy is equivalent to “the organization who has the capability of creating new value will become the leader in its economic system in the era. In this study, “the industrial problems are not simply industrial problems, but are problems of the entire society” is used as the hypothesis of the research. Open questionnaire and expert interviews have been deployed on three aspects; government, business, and education; to perform in-depth study on the bottleneck and social responsibility issues of social development and national competitiveness in Taiwan. This research also uses methodology of system dynamics to analyze case studies of organizational good and bad karma cycles. Then, use the same methodology to study and depict the causes and effects of the cases, find out key issues, explore how people can turn bad into good cycles, and induce and conclude some competitive strategies for organizations to carry on their innovation social responsibilities in the innovation economy era.
