工業區污水處理廠污泥階段性好氧消化成效評估之研究

摘要 由於國內下水道普及率不到 29%,因此大部份的居民的民生污水便需仰賴化糞池來處理,各縣市的水肥處理容積不足,為了改善水肥清運與處理的問題,各地方環保局便有了各種的方案來解決,其中一種便是以工業區污水處理廠來協助處理水肥業。 協助處理水肥問題雖對於工業區污水廠並非難事,但水肥的污泥特性卻改變了廠內污泥的 VSS/SS 值,使得污泥介於有機污泥與無機污泥的臨界邊緣,讓廠內人員不得不重視該項問題,因為如果當污泥介定為有機污泥時,會使原本污泥再利用的條件消失而無法再利用,不但會使廠內污泥處理成本上升,且未安定化的污泥也對環境埋下一顆不穩定的種子,讓原本想協助縣內水肥清運業者的美意,變成工業區污水廠的負擔,故利用廠內現有的設備並在節省成本的範圍下,在好氧消化槽裡如何使污泥的有機比值下降,成為了重點的課題。 好氧消化第一階段經 14 天連續觀察後VSS/SS值只有下降約4%,原因可能為停止曝氣時間過長,使污泥在缺氧的狀態中,讓VSS值無法有效的下降。好氧消化第二階段之消化能力有大量的上升的趨勢,跟第一池做比較從原本下降的4%到本池下降 12%,已有顯著的成效。但是在第三階段的降解又變的緩慢分解率只有 4~6%,因為在第二階段已經將易分解之有機物分解完成。 關鍵字:好氧消化、水肥、污水處理廠、工業區

Abstract According to the information of Ministry of the Interior, the service of sewer was 29%. A great amount of sewage still relied on septic tanks. In order to solve the problems of human waste treatment, local environmental protection department coordinated industrial wastewater treatment plants to assist human waste treatment. It is not difficult for wastewater treatment plants in industrial park in assisting human waste treatment, but the characteristics of human waste changed VSS / SS ratio in plants, which made sludge was recognized at critical edge between organic sludge and inorganic sludge. If sludge was recognized as organic sludge, its reusable condition of original sludge disappeared and sludge could no longer be reused. Therefore, it not only increased costs of sludge treatment in plants, but also produced unstable sludge Hence, how to decrease organic ratio of sludge in aerobic digestion tank became an important topic in utilize existing equipment in plant and in the scope of cost down. Thus, this study explored and focused on the characteristics of staged aerobic digestion for decreasing organic matter ratio. The result indicated, at the first stage of aerobic digestion, the VSS / SS ratio only decreased for about 4%, possibly because the time of no aeration was too long, so sludge was in hypoxic state and the VSS value could not be effectively decreased. Aerobic digestion ability had a massive upward trend at the second stage of aerobic digestion. The VSS / SS ratio decreased for 12%. Promptly, it became slow again at the third stage; the dissolving ratio was only 4 to 6 %. The inference was most of the easily dissolving organic matter had been dissolved completely at the second stage.
