摘要


本研究延伸傳統EPQ模型,探討多樣產品不完美生產系統下含部分委外、不良品可完全重工之最佳共同週期與當機含部分委外、不良品可完全重工、連續配送的最佳生產時間。上述兩種模式假設在生產階段有不良品產出,不良品皆可進行完美重工。 本研究針對上述假設情況建立數學模式:(1)製造商有時會有訂單過量、不良率過高、交期提前或太短,且不允許缺貨等情況下,部分委外生產是一種可行辦法,本研究考慮不良品皆可完美重工且部分委外策略含連續配送策略與多次配送策略,並建立數學模式,連續配送求得最佳共同週期,多次配送求解最佳共同週期與最佳配送次數。(2)在生產過程中,生產設備可能於生產過程中發生隨機當機,當發生當機情況時採取AR (Abort/Resume)模式,同時也考慮未發生當機情況,且不良品皆可進行完美重工,配送策略採用連續配送策略,求出最佳生產時間。 最後針對上述兩個數學模式提出數值實例來驗證,並進行敏感度分析。

This study extends conventional Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) model to find the optimal common cycle time and shipping policies for a multi-item fabrication system with outsourcing and rework; and derive the fabrication run time for a system with breakdown, outsourcing and rework. Both studied systems are assumed to be imperfect, the production of defective products occurs during the production stage, and these defective items are rework-able. The following two mathematical models are built in this study: (1) model one examines a fabrication system with an outsourcing strategy to cope with situations such as when the demand exceeds the supply, or when defective rate is too high, and when due date is too short to meet, etc. Rework process and two delivery policies namely, continuous and multiple issuing policies, are considered in this study. Optimization techniques are used to determine the optimal common cycle time and number of deliveries for these models. (2) model two considers a manufacturing system with an outsourcing strategy, rework process, and random machine breakdown under abort/resume (AR) control policy. Integration and a proposed search algorithm are used to solve the optimal production uptime for this model. At last, numerical examples with sensitivity analyses are provided to demonstrate practical uses of our obtained results.
