近年來建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling)技術發展日益成熟,BIM應用於國內工程越來越普遍,為配合BIM技術之應用,世界各國紛紛擬定適合各國營建工程之BIM指南與規範。因此我國政府機關與學術單位開始積極投入BIM相關標準規範之制定,並於2016年由內政部建築研究所完成第一版的「台灣BIM指南(Taiwan BIM Guide)」。雖有共同標準指南之制定,但業主或工程主辦機關應如何依據指南選擇最合適之BIM應用項目?則仍然困擾多數專案業主。 為解決上述BIM應用項目之選擇問題,本研究以內政部建研所委託學術單位研擬之「台灣BIM指南」中的25項BIM應用項目為對象,應用層級架構分析(AHP)方法結合專家問卷調查,並以參與桃園市政府住宅發展處所辦理之十件公營住宅BIM專案之人員為專家訪談對象,共計回收50份問卷,據以分析各BIM應用工作項目之相對重要性,以做為專案人員選擇BIM應用工作項目之參考依據。除了相對重要性外,本研究亦針對各BIM應用工作項目之先行應用條件進行分析,最後提出一般機關及民間業主單位在預算限制下選用BIM應用工作項目之方法。預期本研究可以解決目前機關或業主在選擇BIM應用工作項目之決策問題。
Building Information Modeling (BIM) has become more and more popular by the local construction project participants recently. In or der cope with the adopton of BIM, the Governments around the world has been engaged in the development of the National BIM Guide to meet the requiremets of local construction industry. Taiwan Government is not an exception. The Taiwan BIM Guide was developed by the ABRI to be the first officially reased BIM Guide in Taiwan. Although BIM Guide offer a guideline to perform a BIM project by different project partcipants, how to select the most important BIM Use work items has been bothering the clients of BIM projects. To solve the abovementioned problem, this research considered the 25 BIM Use Work Items defined in Taiwan BIM Guide, employed an Analytic Hierarchy Process as a primary analytic method, and selected randomy from the participats of the ten social residential high-rise building construction projects as target for questionnaire survey. Finally, 50 returns were collected to calculate the relative importance weightings as the reference for the industry practitioners to select appropriate BIM Use work items. In addition to the relative importance weightings, this study also analyzed the precedence requirements of every BIM Use work item. Finally, a mehod for selection of the priority BIM Use work items was suggested to the industrial of construction BIM practitioners under the constraint of available budget. Hopefully, the method developed in this research can help the clients of public and private construction projects to resolve the priotization of the selection of BIM Use work items for their project.
