水生植物對砷吸收能力之研究

摘要


台灣西南沿海地區因地質背景關係,地下水中含有較高濃度的砷已是長久的問題,部分地區仍抽用富砷地下水進行農業灌溉,進而衍生出農地土壤及糧食作物之砷濃度累積問題。自然背景富砷地下水之砷污染土壤進行盆栽與現地農地栽種試驗,其目的為探討水生植物對砷吸收能力之研究,種植水生植物為圓葉節節菜與香蒲。 根據盆栽與現地試驗土壤砷生物有效性結果,全部試驗組種植水生植物後之土壤與磷肥組土壤的生物有效性濃度皆有增加。根據植體砷移除總量數據顯示添加磷肥對砷移除量並無明顯變化趨勢。 盆栽試驗圓葉節節菜植體砷移除總量平均為10.82 mg/m2;香蒲的植體砷移除總量平均為117.48 mg/m2。現地試驗圓葉節節菜植體砷移除總量為2.57 mg/m2。 種植水生植物移除土壤砷濃度10 mg/kg,圓葉節節菜所需時間長達百年甚至千年以上,且圓葉節節菜進行植生整治並沒有經濟收益,難具有可行性;香蒲所需時間需要33.2年,但香蒲植體砷濃度皆累積於地下部,因此種植香蒲進行植生復育有可行性但不易施行。 關鍵字:砷、圓葉節節菜、香蒲、磷肥

Taiwans southwest coastal areas due to the geological context of the relationship, the high concentration of arsenic in groundwater has long been a problem. Leads to accumulation of arsenic in soils and food crops due to the use of arsenic containing groundwater for irrigation. Natural background arsenic contamination of groundwater arsenic-rich soil tested by pot planting and on-site farmland testing. The aims of this study are to compare of the absorption capacity of aquatic plants. The planting of aquatic plants was Rotala rotundifolia and Typha orientalis Presl. According to the bioavailability results of soil arsenic in potted plants and on-site farmland testing, the bioavailability concentrations of soils in the soil and phosphate fertilizer groups of all experimental groups increased after planting aquatic plants. According to the total amount of arsenic removal in plants, it can be known that the addition of phosphate fertilizer has no significant change in the amount of removal. The total amount of arsenic removal in the potted planting trials Rotala rotundifolia was 10.82 mg/m2. The total amount of arsenic removed in the potted planting Typha orientalis Presl was 117.48 mg/m2. The total amount of arsenic removal on-site farmland test Rotala rotundifolia was 2.57 mg/m2. The removal of arsenic from the soil of aquatic plants is 10 mg/kg, and it takes more than one hundred years or even more to plant Rotala rotundifolia, which has no economic benefits and is difficult to be feasible. It takes 33.2 years for Typha orientalis Presl to plant, but the concentration of arsenic in Typha orientalis Presl plants accumulates in the underground.
