跨境電商經營智能之研究

摘要


近年來,隨著科技與貿易的演進與蓬勃發展情況下,電子商務已經不再單單只是侷限於在自身國家的商務交易行為,更可以是一國的企業或消費者對他國的企業或消費者進行商品或資訊的貿易或交換。根據資策會(MIC)調查顯示,臺灣網路購物市場規模與2017年相比,成長30.4%,而全球電商營業額成長率至2018年已超過20%,這顯示臺灣在跨境電子商務領域上,仍有成長空間。因此,本研究的主軸,是想研究在跨國的電子交易網站上,如何使商業交易順利進行,包括瞭解哪些能力是從事國際網路貿易所需具備的技能,透過各平臺網站處理買賣方的交易機制,瞭解各平臺所提供的服務、不同性質的跨國網站之買家性質、商品主要涵蓋範圍等,都是本研究力求探討的重點。

In recent years, with the evolution and booming of science and technology and trade, e-commerce is no longer limited to business transactions in its own country, but also a company or consumer of another country. According to the MIC survey, the online shopping market in Taiwan has grown by 30.4% compared to 2017, while the global e-commerce turnover growth rate has exceeded 20% by 2018, indicating that Taiwan still has a large growth space on cross-border e-commerce. Therefore, the main shaft of this research is to study how to make commercial transactions go smoothly on multinational electronic trading websites, including understanding the capabilities required to engage in international online trading, and handling the trading of buyers and sellers through various platform websites. The mechanism, understanding the services provided by each platform, the nature of buyers of different types of multinational websites, and the main coverage of commodities are the focus of this research.
