英文考試內容與相關因素之間的考試成績資訊分析-以彰化縣某高中學生為例

摘要


台灣因應國際競爭力需求,政府有意逐漸朝向雙語國家發展。然而,台灣英語文學習環境仍存在極大的城鄉差距,父母教育、經濟狀況…等,都是影響學生學習的變因。因此,如何透過學生英文考試成績協助家長、學生與教師三方有效提升學生英語學習與教師英語教學調整,便是極為重要的課題。本研究透過資料庫系統及雲端運算技術,利用學生英文考試各大題成績資訊等考試內容與學生背景資訊建構一套資訊分析系統。此系統使教師能迅速查詢學生英文考試以及分析成績與學生背景的交叉影響,幫助教師檢視並調整教學方向。此外,藉由雲端平台,家長能透過行動裝置,即時了解學生考試成績,並適度給予鼓勵與建議。本研究分析出,學生英文考試成績在性別、課外補習及英檢程度等三方面有所差異。本研究結果發現,相較於紙本成績單,此成績資訊系統能發揮更好的效果。其應用可推行於相關學術單位,以便於老師、家長查詢相關資訊,並了解學生學習情況。若學術單位能以此架構為基礎,進而調整系統功能以配合需求,相信此系統可為學校在學生成績資訊查詢管理上帶來莫大的效益。

In response to the demand for international competitiveness, Taiwan intends to gradually develop towards bilingual countries. However, there is still a huge urban-rural gap in the English learning environment in Taiwan. Parent education, economic conditions, etc. are all factors that affect student learning. Therefore, it is an extremely important issue how to help parents, students and teachers to effectively improve students' English learning and teacher English teaching adjustment through the students' English test scores. Through the database system and cloud computing technology, this study uses the students' English major test score information and student background information to construct an information analysis system. This system enables teachers to quickly check the student's English test and analyze the cross-impact between the grade and the student's background to help the teacher review and adjust the direction of the lesson. In addition, with the cloud platform, parents can instantly learn about student test scores through mobile devices and give appropriate encouragement and advice. This study analyzed that students' English test scores differed in terms of gender, extracurricular tutoring, and GEPT level. The results of this study found that this performance information system can perform better compared with paper transcripts. Its application can be implemented in relevant academic units to facilitate teachers and parents to inquire about relevant information and to understand the learning situation of students. If the academic unit can be based on this structure to adjust the system function to meet the demand, it is believed that this system can bring great benefits to the school in the student information query management.
