摘要

本研究以臺中市政府消防局第四救災救護大隊大肚分隊106年的創傷緊急救護案件資料為研究樣本，利用資料庫建立了一個區域性緊急救護創傷資料查詢系統，結合雲端運算提供救護人員可用使用手機來查詢與發生區域、創傷機轉、年齡、濕度、受傷部位、意識狀況、呼吸處置、頸椎問題、性別、氣溫、固定術、送達醫院、傷口處置、風速、降雨量…等項相關資訊，進行勤務前重點提示及複習，及加強救護器材及耗材的整備，為單位在創傷救護效率上帶來助益。

This study takes the trauma emergency ambulance case data of the Fourth Relief and Rescue Brigade of Taichung City Fire Department, 2017 as a research sample, and uses the database to establish a regional emergency ambulance trauma data query system, which provides ambulance personnel with cloud computing. Ambulance personnel can use mobile phones to query information about the area of occurrence, trauma, age, humidity, injured area, consciousness, respiratory treatment, cervical vertebrae, gender, temperature, fixation, delivery to hospital, wound management, wind speed, rainfall, etc., and carry out key tips and review before the service so to strengthen the maintenance of ambulance equipment and consumables, which will help the unit in the efficiency of trauma care.
