台灣之科技進步以及民眾消費模式改變,自助點餐技術導入職場 逐漸成為台灣餐飲業新的營運模式,本研究以延伸型科技理論探討消 費者使用餐廳自助點餐之行為。以SPSS 進行預試問卷之項目分析、 信度分析,正式問卷以網路問卷方式發放共計發放305 份,扣除無效 問卷為28 份,有效問卷為277 份,有效回收率為90.8%,並以Smart PLS 2.0 進行驗證性因素分析及結構方程式分析。研究結果發現僅有 部分假設達顯著影響,然而調節變項僅有年齡顯著調節習慣對使用行 為有顯著影響、經驗有顯著調節便利條件對使用意圖、經驗有顯著調 節習慣對使用意圖有顯著影響。根據研究結論,大眾對於餐廳自助服 務點餐都可接受之程度,然而使用過後產生愉悅感程度越高,未來使 用意願程度越高。
Due to the scientific and technological progress of Taiwan and the change of the spending mode of the people, and the self-ordering technology has gradually become a new business model of Taiwan food industry. In this study, UTAUT is used to explore the use behavior of selfordering system by consumers. The item analysis and reliability analysis were used for Pre-test questionnaire by SPSS. A total of 305 copies of formal questions were released in the form of network questions, 28 of which were deducted from invalid questions, and 227 of valid questions were collected, with an effective recovery rate of 90.8% and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model were carried out with Smart PLS 2.0. The result shows that only some of the research hypothesis have a negative impact. However, in the moderator only the age moderate the significant impact of habit on the use of the use behavior, the experience moderate the significant impact of the convenience of the conditions on the behavioral intention, the experience moderate the significant impact of the habit on the behavioral intention. According to the results of the study, the degree of acceptance of customers for self-ordering system. However, the higher the degree of pleasure after use, the higher the degree of willingness to use.
