Gamification learning is a very popular topic in recent years. Researches have found that gamification learning is more effective in improving students' learning outcomes than traditional teaching. This study focuses on the effectiveness of gamification in natural science teaching. In this study, we use the gamification platform "PaGamo" to conjunction with the natural sciences course. The research object was three classes of a third-grade student in Taichung City. There were about 23 students in each class. Two teaching units were combined with teaching. The study found that the use of gamification learning, students' performance has improved, and we can also find that gamification is more agreeable with the view of science education in the science education attitude questionnaire. In further research, we found that the gamification of the teaching introduction course is helpful for the growth of students' learning outcomes.
