教保服務人員運用資訊科技之研究

摘要


教保服務人員運用資訊科技之研究 中文摘要 本研究為瞭解幼兒園教保服務人員運用資訊科技之情況,以及對其任職幼兒園運用資訊科技的看法。本研究採用質性研究,使用半結構式深入訪談作為研究工具,針對同一幼兒園8位教保服務人員進行訪談,再根據訪談所蒐集之資料進行分析、歸納及統整,最後撰寫出研究結果。 主要研究結果與發現如下: 一、教保服務人員使用資訊科技的經驗 教保服務人員日常的3C產品有智慧型手機、筆記型電腦、桌上型電腦、觸控式平板等;經常使用Line和Facebook與家長聯絡和朋友溝通,也認為用Line與家長溝通是最快速、方便的方式;最常使用的搜尋網站為Google、Yahoo,主要用來搜尋影片、音樂、天氣,並利用Google地圖作手機導航。 二、教保服務人員對資訊科技融入教學之看法 教保服務人員所扮演的角色為提供者、協助者與學習者;與資訊科技結合的相關課程為主題教學、數位奧福音樂、戶外教學;傳統教學與資訊科技教學的差異為資訊科技教學較有效率;資訊科技使用的問題為上課中家長傳訊息影響課程進行、網路不穩定使課程無法順利進行;資訊科技融入教學對幼兒的影響為提高學習動力、增加學習興趣、資訊取得容易、視力的影響。 三、對園方提供資訊科技之看法 園方提供資訊科技輔助老師之教學運用,每間教室都有提供電腦、或是筆記型電腦,另外園方也設有影印機、投影機、數位相機等設備,以及資訊科技軟體的使用;園方將申請「人才發展管理系統計畫」培養教保服務人員資訊科技能力;教保服務人員也會在教務會議時互相交流學習資訊科技,或是自己找相關課程來研習,以增加自己的資訊科技知能。 透過本研究發現,將此結果分別對園所主管、教保服務人員以及未來研究者提出建議與參考。 關鍵詞:教保服務人員、資訊科技、幼兒園

Research on Use of Information Technology by Preschool Educators Abstract This study is to understand the use of information technology by preschool educators and the use of information technology in preschools. This study uses qualitative research and uses semi-structured in-depth interviews as research tools for 8 preschool educators in the same preschool . This study conducted interviews, then analyzed, summarized and integrated the data collected by the interviews, and finally wrote the research results. The results are as follows: 1. Preschool educators’ experience in using information technology The 3C products used by preschool educators are smart phones, laptops, desktop computers and touch panels, etc. They always use Line and Facebook to communicate with children’s parents and their own friends. They also believe that using Line to communicate with children’s parents is the fastest and most convenient way. They use Google and Yahoo as searching engine mostly. They use Google and Yahoo to search for videos, music, weather forecast, and use Google Maps for navigation on mobile phones. 2. The opinion of preschool educators on the integration of information technology into teaching The roles of preschool educators are provider, facilitator and learner. Curriculums related to information technology are thematic teaching, digital Orff music and field trip. The difference between traditional teaching and information technology teaching is it is more efficient for IT teaching. The problem with the use of information technology is that the parents sending messages during the class affects the courses, and the unstable network making the courses cannot go smoothly. The effects of IT integration into teaching on young children are improving learning motivation, increasing learning interests, information easy to get and impacts of vision. 3. The opinion of preschool educators on preschool providing information technology into teaching The preschool provides the use of information technology to assist teachers teaching, and each classroom has a computer or laptop. Besides, preschool also have printers, projectors, digital cameras and other equipment, and the use of IT sofeware. The preschool is going to apply for Talent Quality-management System program, which can develop preschool educators’ ability of information technology. Preschool educators will also exchange information and technology at the conferences, or they will find relevant workshop to study to increase their knowledge of IT. According to this research, there are some results are recommended and referenced for the preschool directors, preschool educators and future researchers.
