隨著台灣加入WTO,台灣金融界已經邁入一個新的境界、金融環境也因此產生很大的變化,銀行的競爭亦更加激烈,績效的好壞,實為組織能否取得競爭優勢的重要關鍵本研究以T銀行為例;T銀行於2006年至2008年財富管理業務之基金手續費收入、保險手續費佣金收入、理專人數及行員人數運用局部灰關聯分析法作為績效之評估、排名結果。 經由局部灰關聯分析法發現T銀行於2006年至2008年財富管理業務之績效排名有強者恆強、弱者恆弱的跡象。而能用最少的人力創造最大的手續費收入、佣金收入者其績效排名越前面(好)。
Accompany by Taiwan''s accession to the WTO, Taiwan''s financial sector has entered a new realm. This brings a great change in the financial environment, and the competition among banks is getting fierce, performance is pivotal for an organization to gain its competitive advantage. This study is a case using grey relational analysis to evaluate performance and ranking by mutual funds service charge income of wealth management, insurance service commission charge income, number of financial consultants and employees in T Bank from 2006 to 2008. Results showed that those with better performance will perform better continuously and those with poor performance will keep their poor performance for a period of time. Using the least manpower to create the most value of service and commission income would result in a better performance.
