網路服務品質之研究—以基金理財網站內容為主

摘要

網際網路使用的普及，使得網路使用者更加容易從網路上取得各式的商品和各項服務。因此有關網路服務品質的相關探討和研究已受各界的重視，然先前的研究重點主要是以消費者的觀點來衡量服務品質，而隨著不同產業的消費者觀點，發展出不同的衡量尺度，而所得的服務品質構面差異亦頗大。因此本研究主要從基金理財網站內容提供者的角度出發，探討基金理財網站應提供那些服務，並且將基金理財網站實際的功能項目對應到服務品質模式中抽象的構面上，進而建構出基金理財網站的服務品質模式，並以此模式對國內25家的基金理財網站，進行一個客觀的服務品質衡量。

The increasing population of internet making users can easily access all kinds of products and services through the net. Thus, the topic on service quality of internet has recently become a cause for concern. However, the majority of past studies on internet topic focused on the measurement of service quality from the prospective of consumers with different industries. Therefore, the results vary significantly.
The purpose of this study is to explore what kinds of services should funds websites provide, but through the prospective of information suppliers. Besides, this study further corresponds the fund managing finances website actual functional item in the service quality pattern on the abstract construction surface, then constructs the fund managing finances website the service quality pattern, and by this pattern to the domestic 25 fund managing finances website, carries on an objective service quality weight.
