串聯式水力電廠最佳調度之研究-以大甲溪電廠為例

摘要


大甲溪發電廠各分廠機組的運轉策略是以滿足供應大台中地區民生及工業用水的需求為首要考量,其次才考慮電力系統尖峰負載的需求。現行操作策略雖然符合電力系統經濟運轉的原則,但無一套精確的計算方法能使串聯式水力電廠調度模式發揮最大的經濟效益。本論文應用一個仿電磁理論演算法,搜尋每時段最佳放流量,以獲得最大總發電利潤,並比較現行大甲溪電廠的實際經濟調度。 實驗藉由現行二十三天非夏季資料,與提出的仿電磁理論演算法做比較驗證。實驗結果證明,提出的仿電磁理論演算法所得的調度計劃更能增加台電公司經營營收。

For the operating strategy of the Dajia river hydropower plant, it is an important consideration to satisfy the needs of tap water and process water consumption in the metropolitan area of Taichung. For the second consideration, it is to supply the electricity for power system during the peak load period. In this thesis, an electromagnetism-like algorithm is proposed to solve the scheduling problem for a cascade hydro power plant. The objective is to search the optimal release quantity depending on the water level of the dam on the same day, and compare with the current economic dispatch pattern of the Dajia river hydropower plant. Finally, 23 day of non-summer data were used to evaluate the proposed electromagnetism-like algorithm. The experimental results show that the proposed electromagnetism-like algorithm can obtain the greater income than the current economic dispatch of Taiwan Power Company.
