隨著創業的普及,新一代的創業方式─微型創業正在台灣崛起,微型創業低進入門檻的性質是許多想創業卻缺乏足夠資金及技術的創業家不錯的選擇,而微型創業當中又以行動餐車頗受微創者的喜愛。然而同樣屬於微型企業的行動咖啡車創業者心態與我們一般所認知的行動餐車創業者心態有所差異,行動咖啡車所需投資之資金及技術門檻較一般行動餐車來的高,但不見得會比一般行動餐車賺得多,然而依然有許多創業者嚮往從事行動咖啡車,並將經營行動咖啡車視為自我價值實現的一種手段,進而願意全心全力的投入於此,並樂於其中,即使在營運過程中碰到大小不一之壓力,也都能夠有較正向的壓力管理能力,使行動咖啡車得以持續經營下去,以達到自我價值實現之理想目標。這樣的現象令本研究好奇,行動咖啡車業者如何在經營壓力與自我實現過程中取得平衡?因此,本研究採個案研究法與七家行動咖啡車創業者進行個案深度訪談,研究發現,行動咖啡車創業者之類型可分為「夢想驅動」與「經濟驅動」兩類。「經濟驅動型」創業家與本研究既有認知相左,但不管係夢想或是經濟驅動型創業家,他們都曾於經營事業過程中面臨大小不一壓力;「夢想驅動型」創業家在面臨壓力時為了能夠持續自我夢想咖啡事業,願意選擇正向克服壓力,以達到兼顧財務與美好事業之自我價值實現境界,而經濟驅動型創業家則是看好行動咖啡車事業有利可圖才投入事業,但在經營過程中逐漸感受到美好事業體驗,因而願意正向克服壓力以獲得自我價值實現。最後,本研究發現,經濟驅動型創業家之所以感受事業美好體驗之原因可能出自於創業者本身「人格特質」,其人格特質為熱愛交友、樂於學習新知與技能,而具備此特質之創業者可因此感受到事業所帶來的美好,最終獲得自我價值實現。
There are more and more people choosing micro enterprise as their work nowadays. Mobile dining car is one of the micro enterprises, including the mobile coffee van. However, in researcher’s opinions, those entrepreneurs who run mobile coffee vans may find it more difficult than other mobile dining car entrepreneurs, such as mobile kantoni or mobile breakfast car, because the coffee costs and technology costs are all higher than other mobile dining car businesses, but those harder working entrepreneurs of the mobile coffee van may not necessarily earn much than other mobile dining car entrepreneurs, and may even be more prone to fail. So, who would want to choose such work, take such financial risks which may end up making themselves financially embarrassed? Only one group of people would do that, the group of people who are passionate about coffee, who have a ‘coffee dream’. They don’t even care about how much money they would earn, they just want to do the thing that they want to do, and enjoy their life, and see others enjoying their life drinking coffee, too. That group of the mobile coffee van entrepreneurs finally gain the self-worth in their entrepreneurial career, even though they may be under big pressure, which affects their revenue during their working period, and they would still overcame all the pressures, because their commitment and hard work, that is their ‘dream work’. However, the question that may make researcher curious is, although the mobile coffee van work is what entrepreneurs want to do, how do those with coffee dream entrepreneurs overcome so much pressure, and gain the self-worth in the end. In order to get answers, the researcher interviewed seven mobile coffee van entrepreneurs all over Taiwan. After the interview and analysis all the interview-collected data used grounded theory, and found people choosing to run mobile coffee vans did so, not only because it was their dream, but some people chose it because they wanted to earn more, and this finding was different from the researcher’s original cognitive. For the group of ’running a business because they were dream entrepreneurs’, they could easily experience wonderful things in their working place during their working life, and earn the amount of money that make them satisfied too. However if the working situation changed and became worse, this would make them feel under pressure, and so they don’t want to lose their coffee dream, they will find ways to overcame it, finally gaining their self-worth. For another group of ‘’running a business because of earning more entrepreneurs’’, they will experience an ’earn more’ attitude in the beginning of their business start-up, and then their ’personality traits’ make them experience the joys of work, so even if stress increased, they won’t want to lose or abandon their work because they love it already. So they will use their enthusiasm to overcome stress, and they will finally gain self-worth in the area of financial success and experience the joy of work. So in conclusion , all seven entrepreneurs that were interviewed overcame the pressures during their working period, and all gained the self-worth in the end, but the self-worth they gained not only because of their initial coffee dream, but also because of their ’personality traits’ which may also be a key factor, like the two ‘running business because of wanting to earn more entrepreneurs,’ and their common personality traits such as their desire to ’love to make friends’, ’love to learn more’, and these personality traits are just what mobile coffee van business need, so that is why these two ‘’running business because of to earn more entrepreneurs’ love their work, and it is why they could gained the self-worth in their business in the end.
