由於保險爭議的發生層出不窮,因應金管會數位化金融環境3.0的推動,讓社會大眾透過使用行動裝置的使用介面也能對於自身保險的保障內容及權益更加清楚,因此構想出利用QR code結合醫療保險電子化,使個人能夠隨時上網瀏覽保險相關資訊,並提高消費者對自身保障的認知,降低保險爭議的發生,使保險這項無形商品得以拉近和保戶之間的距離。 本研究發放590份問卷,有效問卷為446份,調查20歲以上具行為能力之民眾為主要研究對象,利用敘述性統計、卡方分配與邏輯斯迴歸分析、t檢定和單因子變異數分析法去探討人口統計變項對自身已購買醫療險的認知程度及醫療保險電子化之接受度。實證發現QR code使用狀況在知覺有用性、知覺易用性和使用意願等三個構面中利用t檢定為顯著。人口統計變數對三個構面的ANOVA分析中,職業對知覺有用性、知覺易用性和使用意願均呈現顯著性,其中以商業、金融業對醫療保險電子化的有用性、易用性和使用意願顯著高於職業類別為其他的族群。 政府及主管機關可依據此研究去開發各種相關險種之電子化,降低未來和保險公司之間的資訊不對稱,讓保險市場更加穩定、保障更加安心。 關鍵字:醫療保險、電子化、資訊不對稱
In view of the rise in insurance related disputes, and response to FSC’s “Digitized Financial Environment 3.0” policy, this study proposes an innovative insurance service. By utilizing QR code and mobile devices, the public can understand their own insurance better. Using QR code as the bridge between policyholders and insurance information, author hopes to diminish the quarrels over insurance. In this study, 590 questionnaires were distributed, among which 446 are valid. The interviewees are adults over the age of 20. This study employs descriptive statistics, chi-square tests, logistic regression analysis, t-tests and one-way ANOVA to examine the relationships among demographic variables, the cognition of purchased medical insurance and the acceptance of electronic applications of medical insurance. Results of our questionnaire show that usage of QR code is significant on perceived usefulness, perceived ease and willingness to use electronic application. Occupation is significant on perceived usefulness, perceived ease and willingness. It shows that people in Business and Finance industry are prone to embrace the electronic applications of medical insurance. The authority can utilize the results of this study to develop the digitized frameworks for different lines of insurance. We can reduce the information asymmetry between policyholders and insurers by doing that, also stabilize the insurance market.
