The main work of life insurance salesman is sale and recruitment.No human power will have no performance for the life insurance companies. We believe that recruitment is the key of business. Because of this,we hope that through this study we can find the different recruitment performance between dual-track system and single-track system. Analysis of its advantages and disadvantages and provide suggestion to life insurance company. In this study, we got the results by the literature analysis method and in-depth interview .The results show that single-track system have better performance in increase the number of members;the salesman in dual-track system have better sales performance than single-track system.
