近年來由於食安問題層出不窮,衛福部檢測市售蔬果亦常發現有農藥殘留超標之情事,致使消費者對農民以慣行農法甚至有機方式所栽培之蔬菜普遍缺乏信心。因此近年來社會大眾對於自行種植安全衛生蔬果之技術逐漸產生興趣與需求。本研究為呼應此一社會氛圍,乃廣泛蒐集國內外家庭園圃或社區屋頂農場蔬果栽培之相關文獻資料,且融入本人過去經營市民農園親自參與蔬果栽培之實務經驗,彙整成一份綠屋頂農場安全蔬菜生產模式之技術報告。內容涵蓋都市頂樓或閒置空間蔬果栽培園圃之選定與規劃、栽培設施之建置、蔬果種類之選擇、種苗來源與培育、介質及肥料之應用、有機肥之製作、灌溉方式與相關設施配置、合適之病蟲害防治方法與資材等相關技術資料,希望藉由源自各方專家經驗之彙整,能夠建構安全蔬菜簡易生產的實務可行模式,提供都市人自己自足蔬果生產技術之參考應用,促成低碳永續生活環境之達成。
In recent years, due to the emerging problem of food safety and continuous outbreaks of vegetable pesticide residue issues, consumers nowadays generally are lacking of confidence on the safety of vegetables produced by conventional farming or even the organic farming system. As a result, people began to be highly interested in the technologies of growing vegetables without residue problems in their own gardens. This research is therefore aiming at compiling relevant references of technologies for self-gardening safety vegetables from domestic or foreign origins in combination with some of my personal experience accumulated during the promotion of vegetable cultivation in urban citizen gardens. This information will be finalized into a technical report entitled as “Compiling the technologies relevant to the production of safety vegetables in green roof system”. In this report, technical information necessary for safety vegetable production listed as follows are included: 1). Selection of location and space arrangement of green roof vegetable gardens; 2). Installation of cultivation facilities; 3). Selection of target crops; 4). Sources and propagation of growing materials; 5). Growing media and fertilizers; 6). Preparation of organic fertilizers; 7). Building irrigation system; 8). Methodologies and materials for pest management. Hopefully, by pouring together all the techniques developed by the experts from diversified agricultural disciplines, a practical and applicable technical bulletin can be summarized to provide the urban people an useful reference for developing a self-sufficient and safety vegetable production system. I strongly believe that this will also be beneficial to the vision of establishment a low carbon sustainable environment in our mother planet.
